As part of our sustained growth, we are pleased to inform you of the implementation of a new operational organization, as well as the creation of an Executive Committee (COMEX), in charge of our governance.

Alpha Maintenance is reinventing itself by dividing its activities into 3 distinct departments:

• Maintenance (Maintenance engineering, major shutdowns and technical assistance)
• Inspection (Integrity management, inspection and non-destructive testing engineering)
• Specialties (Operating and export engineering activities & Defense)

The Executive Committee, established to enhance our governance structure, will be responsible for charting the company's strategic guidelines, ensuring the execution of major decisions and harmonizing our initiatives at all levels.

It will include :

• Heads of Maintenance, Inspection and Specialties departments
• Head of Administration & Finance
• The Head of HR & Communication

The extended COMEX will include :

• Innovation Department Manager
• Head of QSSE

We are convinced that this new organization will enable us to better meet the expectations of our customers and employees, strengthen our competitiveness and support our development.

We are delighted to announce the arrival of Emmanuel Talbot to strengthen our teams in the newly created position of Nuclear Business Manager.

Emmanuel's experience and know-how make him a seasoned expert in the technical fields specific to our activities. He will undoubtedly be a major asset for the development of our activities in the nuclear sector.

With this important reinforcement, Alpha Maintenance should confirm the foundations laid by obtaining CEFRI certification in 2023, and begin its breakthrough in the key nuclear sector.

Emmanuel will play a key role in the presentation and promotion of our services to major players in the sector, ensuring increased visibility for our brands.

His short-term objective will also be to obtain UTO 19443 certification, an essential prerequisite for operating as a Tier 1 contractor for EDF.
